- An extension of the existing Brighton Endoscopic (Oculoplastic) Course, including all oculoplastic components

- Morning lectures on DCR anatomy, technique, and complications
- Nasolacrimal stenting and endoscopic DCR dissection
- ENT delegates : SPA Ligation, Maxillary / Ethmoidal Sinuses
- Evening: Course Dinner
- Lectures : Orbital decompression, CT interpretation, and complications
- Orbital dissection, Septoplasty
- ENT delegates : the Frontal sinus, CSF leak repairs
ENT delegates follow a separate track focusing on:
- Consolidation of earlier dissections, Sphenoidotomy
- Management of Intra-orbital collections
- Optionally : Skullbase - Beyond the sphenoid and laterally
