FESS & Oculoplastic Surgery for ENT Surgeons

Running in partnership alongside the Brighton Endoscopic Course, this tailored track offers ENT surgeons a focused three-day cadaveric training experience in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), lacrimal, and oculoplastic procedures. ENT delegates benefit from dedicated teaching, expert-led dissection, and the flexibility to focus on techniques aligned with their stage of training.

Tuesday – DCR, Maxillary, Ethmoid, SPA Dissections
  • Morning lectures on DCR anatomy, technique, and complications
  • Nasolacrimal stenting and endoscopic DCR dissection
  • ENT delegates : SPA Ligation, Maxillary / Ethmoidal Sinuses
  • Evening: Course Dinner
Wednesday – Orbital Decompression and the Frontal Sinus
  • Lectures : Orbital decompression, CT interpretation, and complications
  • Orbital dissection, Septoplasty
  • ENT delegates : the Frontal sinus, CSF leak repairs
Thursday – Extended Sinonasal Dissections
ENT delegates follow a separate track focusing on:
  • Consolidation of earlier dissections, Sphenoidotomy
  • Management of Intra-orbital collections
  • Optionally : Skullbase - Beyond the sphenoid and laterally
